• Kindly observe the given pick-up time, PVT tours are running based on fix timing & itinerary, guest might have to wait maximum 10 mins. Pick up is at the hotel lobby - 15 mins before the tour starts.
• The PVT tours are running based on fixed timing and fixed itinerary, there is no adjustment and flexibility in terms of timing and places of visit.
• Transfers are from point A to point B only Eg. Airport to the Hotel there will be no restaurant meal stop/visit stop] in between.
• Only one (01) standard-sized luggage’s (24-inches check-in luggage) is allowed per person.

• Kindly note that the average hotel room size is smaller as compared to the room sizes available some other parts of the world.
• Due to limited luggage space in vehicles, suitcases are unsuitable for scheduled road safaris. We recommend luggage packed in inexpensive barrel/sausage bags or soft sided bags not exceeding 20kgs and 65x46 cm.

• The price is based on NON REFUNDABLE HOTEL RATES for which immediate prepayment will be required. More flexible deadlines are possible with consequently rates increase.
• Driver waiting time at airport is one hour. Please advise if you prefer a longer time and we will calculate an appropriate rate for you.
• In case of exceptional occurrences, the program and the timing of the day in which they take place might be subjected to changes without undermining the good quality of the services.

• The package rate is subject to change with the change in currency exchange rate as on the prevailing date.
• The standard check-in and check-out time of hotels are 1400hrs and 1200hrs respectively.
• Hotels can ask you for a security deposit. This amount varies from hotel to hotel. You can either pay using your Credit card to hold a certain amount as a guarantee against incidentals, if incurred. Alternately a cash payment can be made on check-in as a deposit. This is basically as a security for any incidentals if incurred and released subject to payment settled at the time of check-out.
• It is recommended that you take insurance to cover you during your travel, medical expenses in case of an accident/illness, loss of baggage/passport/personal effects, etc.
• It is responsibility of passengers to ensure that their passports and visas are valid for travel. Kindly contact the relevant Embassy or Consulate for same. Passport should be valid at least 6 months beyond period of stay.
• Visa Note:- Granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments and we at Pink Stone Travel and Tourism LLC can only facilitate in the entire process. We at Pink Stone Travel and Tourism LLC shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents. Even if the visas are rejected, cancellation charges/fees shall be payable by the Client. There will be no refund, if the Clients, or any member of his party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons.
