Tour Plan
DAY 1 | COCHIN – CHANDIGARH – SHIMLA
- Arrive Chandigarh Airport & transfer to Shimla hotel (apx. 5 hrs drive).
- Proceed to hotel & check-in.
- Day free at leisure.
- Overnight at hotel in Shimla.
DAY 2 | SHIMLA
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Proceed to explore Shimla. The hub of Shimla is the Mall, which is crowded with tourists. Visit the Viceregal Lodge. The six-storeyed Vice-Regal Lodge or Rashtrapati Niwas was built in 1888, and was formerly the residence of Lord Dufferin, the British Viceroy. Another of Shimla’s major landmarks is the Christ Church and St. Michael’s Cathedral, known for its stained glass windows. Next, visit the Jhaku temple, dedicated to Hanumanji, the attendant of Lord Rama.

DAY 3 | SHIMLA – MANALI

- Check-out & drive to Manali (apx. 7 hrs drive).

DAY 4 | MANALI
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Proceed to explore Manali. Visit the Hidimba or Dhungri Temple. The temple is noted for its four-storeyed pagoda and exquisite wooden carvings. Visit the Manu Maharishi Temple, dedicated to sage Manu. Later visit VashishtKund-boasts a pair of old stone temples, opposite each other above the main square. The temple tanks are underground hot-water/sulfur springs.
- Thereafter proceed to the Tibetan Market, featuring shops that sell shawls, woolen clothes, handicrafts, imported goods and souvenirs.

DAY 5 | MANALI

- Proceed full day excursion to Solang Valley. Popularly called as the Snow Point, Solang Valley is a perfect place for skiing and the 300 metersky lift installed by the Mountaineering Institute is the main fascination of this stunning picnic location.
